Today's class focuses on learning to observe your own habits without judgment. When we practice objective observation we can see our own bodies and minds with clarity. We can then choose which habits to keep and which we can discard. It takes time, patience and humility to make these decisions. It's not easy, but it's worth it. Small changes can have a big impact on your health and wellbeing.
