Did you know that both Katie + Nicole were pregnant and gave birth during this crazy pandemic? After working remotely via zoom for over a year while navigating two maternity leaves, we FINALLY got to be together IRL and meet each others' babies (pic above)!
Katie's daughter, Piper, and Nicole's (third!) son, Nathan, are keeping their mommas on their toes as they balance work and family. It was so wonderful to reunite as friends and mothers. We're excited to keep sharing with you how we truly LIVE our yoga.

We're Excited About...
Last spring we tested a new digital offering called Virtual Wellbeing Box: Destress At Your Desk. We had over 150 participants! It was well received - 95% said they would recommend it to a friend. We've decided to make it a permanent offering - check it out.
Right now, this program is for groups of employees, funded by their company at one flat rate for unlimited participants. Email us for more details or forward this email to your company's HR manager.

Overview: Want to feel more stable, confident, and peaceful? Mindfulness can help. Learn what mindfulness is, why it matters, and how to practice it through movement, breath, and meditation. Workshop includes gentle chair yoga and meditation practice.

Last but not least ...
