Happy Spine 3 Ways
We teach some variation of the "Happy Spine Sequence" in almost all of our classes here at Unfold. This sequence moves the spine in all of its key directions of mobility: flexion and extension, lateral flexion/extension, and rotation.
These movements improve posture, range of motion, and breathing capacity. They reduce tight muscles and tension from sitting all day. Follow along with Katie and learn three totally different ways to practice this awesome sequence!
