Chip Away Your Burnout
Did you know that women face burnout at a higher rate than men? 68% of women feel burnt out at work, compared to 50% of men. Burnout is a state of emotional and physical exhaustion that is brought upon by long periods of constant unrelenting stress. It renders you feeling depleted and dejected. We can decrease feelings of burnout by addressing our stress levels.The best way we know how to reduce stress is to breathe and move mindfully.
In this short class we'll practice breathing deeply, observing our stress and thoughts, and working to chip away at that stress with each exhale we take.
